JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION : SALES REPRESENTATIVE
LOCATION : RIYADH
INDUSTRY : TELECOMMUNICATION
AGE : 25 – 35 years
QUALIFICATION : BACHELORS/DIPLOMA
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Door to door selling of world call items.
Ensuring the customers to receive the product on time and package is activated.
Meeting the given target on time.
Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
Direct communication with the clients regarding their requirements, concerns, conditions as well as verification on the status of their deliveries
Responsible for encoding purchase orders in the system
Performs basic office functions
Maintain accurate records and prepare periodic reports analyzing the sales
Receives incoming calls for the Manager and answers phone queries
Prepare all pending LPO’s needed by the checkers in receiving items as well as home deliveries
OTHER OPTIONAL SKILL
Having a good command & knowledge of software applications.
MS Office ( Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
Operating System: Windows Me, XP Professional & Windows 7.
Special Commands in Excel.
