Duties – Responsibilities:
• Use development skills to direct website optimization through hands-on SEO, via page recommendations, content suggestions, keyword development, improvement of site structure, copywriting/editing of titles, Meta tags/descriptions for SEO.
• Perform E-mail campaigns.
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Grow the company’s online presence
• Daily maintenance of social media sites
• Develop, program and manage company web sites; including creative design, programming of pages, forms, updating content, ongoing maintenance, auditing of server issues, vendor relationships, and security.
• Identifying new opportunities for use of social media
• Providing reporting on social media initiatives and monitoring online brand reputation
• Develop creative ways to drive traffic to the company website
• Write and edit social posts and blogs
• Developing the company website and all the social media pages.
• Review landing pages for effectiveness, replicate successes and improve underperforming pages
• Develop and implement a high quality link building strategy
• Manage campaigns “Google Adwords – Facebook – Linkedin”.

Qualifications – Skills:

• Bachelors’ degree required.
• Age 21 – 26 years old.
• Website Developer/ Designer.
• Minimum 1-5 years of proven experience defining and managing SEO and SEMStrong technical knowledge of algorithms for major search engines including Google, Bing and Yahoo.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Experience working at a B2B technology company and knowledge of lingo and trends in business
• Experience managing PPC campaign across search engines including Google, Bing and Yahoo as well as in social media platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and Facebook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with management and across departments and agencies to gather input, manage feedback, bring closure/approvals and update on status
• Strong analytical skills and experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics and SiteCatalyst)
